Hello our beautiful friends! The whole world is changing right now, and currently there is no road map of what will happen next. Everything is uncertain and hardly predictable. That is why we wanted to share with you how we have been dealing with the virus outbreak and the impact it has on our lives, and share some tips on how to stay calm, positive and strong during the challenging times.

We are all transfixed by the current situation, but at the same time, this is a test for all of us. As humans, we have to stay sane, grounded and connected. By this conversation, we want to let you know that you are not alone in this. It’s okay to feel afraid, lost and anxious, but we want to remind you that this too shall pass.

Here are our tips on how to regain balance and maintain emotional wellness and positive mindset:

  1. Avoid checking news too often. Set limits for social media consumption and news intake. Remember that constantly checking news can be such a negative habit that will raise your anxiety and stress. The main point is to be away from the media, stay calm and be aware of what feelings you manifest.

  2. You have to be okay with the uncertainty. The truth is that we always live in uncertainty, we always don’t really know what’s going to happen.

  3. Cultivate gratitude. Appreciate the small things. Acknowledge how happy and lucky you are to stay healthy, have a safe and secure place to stay in, and be surrounded by people who care about you,

  4. Today’s situation shook a lot of people up and changed their healthy routines. However, we, as humans, want to have some sense of control and certainty. Play your part and do what you can do – this is your way of control and grounding the situation.

  5. In moments like these, as much as it feels so bad, these are actually incredible and immense moments for opportunity. Now we have to think about the future, envision our life and find the purpose for ourselves during the uncertain challenging times.

  6. In the current time, the story we have been living in as humanity is shaken. At the same time, that doesn’t mean that this new reality is any more uncertain than our previous reality. This is why we must create a new narrative, a new story. This is an incredible opportunity for us to reconfigure the story and understand whether we are living our truth, because now we face the reality head on.

  7. When you are forced to stay isolated and stay at home, remember the vital thing: you still have to be active even if it’s indoors. Keep eating healthy, take care of your body, because otherwise you will compromise your immune system, known as your inner fighter and survival mechanism.

  8. Understand that impermanence is a great thing. It’s important to avoid attaching to good and bad things, because all of it passes. And knowing this will give you a great deal of comfort.

  9. Zoom out from the situation, focus on the big picture, and think long-term.

  10. All you are in power to do is to shift your mindset and help those around you.
